Shipping policy
The following shipping methods are currently offered:
Orders Shipped to 48 Contiguous United States:
Economy
- Shipments are delivered within 5 to 9 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Free standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States is offered on orders of $99+
Standard
- Shipments will be delivered within 4 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be received and clear credit card authorization by 12:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Express
- Shipments will be delivered within 3 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Priority
- Shipments will be within 2 days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your Order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
4 Day Service, 3 Day Service and 2 Day Service will be priority shipments.
- If orders are placed, and clear credit card authorization Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM EST, orders will be processed that day. If orders are placed after 12:00 PM EST Mon-Thurs they will not be processed until the next day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- We cannot ship express service to P.O. Boxes.

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 10-14 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO.
Cancellations
We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
